Role at Africa INSIGHTS
As Systems Engineer Lead, Sicelo is responsible for the end-to-end systems architecture and integration of the Africa INSIGHTS platform. He brings together the platform's major capabilities — data infrastructure, AI and LLM services, analytics and machine learning, APIs, and intelligence workflows — with an emphasis on cloud architecture, reliability, and observability. He translates requirements into a coherent system design so that data, models, and analytics operate together as a single decision-intelligence platform.
